CSOA's Standardized Operational Stress Test was developed to provide the surety and lending institution industries a unique third party standardized method of measuring the operational capability of their distressed construction clients quickly, effectively and economically. Analyzing both the operational and financial ability of the company, the twelve criteria tests along with the Company Durability and Survival test, examines each company's capability and durability to survive. Once complete, you will receive a final report indicating their overall stress test score, individual scores for each criteria test, individual scores for each of their current projects and a recommendation list.

After a company has been tested, they will be listed with all the other companies you have tested in your portfolio spreadsheet. Use this as your radar screen. You will clearly see how they rank, overall and on each individual criteria test, against all other companies tested in your portfolio.

CSOA offers four levels of testing. These levels are designed to provide a cost effective method for the requirements of each client.
