Sample #1 - The Surety or Lending Institution Portfolio Report - This is a monthly issued report by CSOA to the surety or lending institution showing all of their customers that have been tested on one list. This is your radar screen. You will see how an individual company compares to the rest of your customers in your portfolio. The list can be sorted by type of contractor, overall score or individual test scores, allowing the surety or lending institution to quickly find the companies and issues that need to be closely monitored.
Sample #2 - The Final Standardized Contractors Operational Stress Test Report - This report is completed after CSOA receives the Contractor Report Package from the contractor being tested. It will issue the final Contractors Standardized Stress Test report within ten working days on a level 1 test. On level 2 or 3 test, the final report will be issued within ten working days after the on site review is completed. The report list overall test score, individual criteria test scores, analysis and recommendations for the individual company being tested
Sample #3 - Contractor's Operational Stress Test Detail Scores and Reports - This report issued by CSOA with the Final Standardized Contractors Stress Test Report is a package that includes individual current project scores and detail test scores. It also includes critical specific information about the company's performance. Use this report when a more detail look at a company is necessary.
Sample #4 - The Contractor Report Package - This is the package the contractor completes for CSOA to perform the stress test.
