This is approximately a twenty page report and is completed after CSOA receives the Contractor Report Package from the contractor being tested. CSOA will issue the final Contractors Standardized Operational Stress Test report within ten working days on a level 1 test. On level 2 or 3 test, the final report will be issued within ten working days after the on site review is completed.

This report calculates the average of nine criteria tests for a level 1 or all twelve criteria tests for a level 2 or 3. This average is added to the Company Durability and Survival Test to determine the final average of the Standardized Operational Stress Test score. This final score is indicated on the cover sheet of this report along with the company's name and the name of the surety or bank that it was prepared for. Any criteria test that the company scored below a three will also be indicated on the cover.

Within the report, you will find individual test scores for each criteria test along with a current project list showing individual scores for each project. The report will discuss our results and findings along with recommendations the company should work on to improve both the company and their test score.
